- Observation: Training the 5 senses to notice subtleties in soil, birdsong, leaf veins, and emotional states.
- Creative Expression: Daily Indian folk music, dholak drumming, pottery wheel throwing, carpentry, and theatre.
- Living Coexistence: Compassionate animal stewardship in the gaushala, seed preservation, communal cooking, and conflict resolution circles.
